planted ten indian hawthornes 5 year ago now of them has no leaves and no blooms but is still alive...what can i do to.

I'd start by pruning the hawthorne back to encourage new growth. If the roots are alive the plant should respond with healthy new growth. If the roots are stressed, you won't get much new growth and you might want to think about replacing it. Best wishes with your landscape.
