I live in the low desert and am looking for summer flowers. I want some height, and am tired of vincas. Any suggestion? They will receive full sun and will be next to the house. |
Most perennials flower in the spring and fall in the low desert but there are a few exceptions. Try planting Bee Balm, Black Eyed Susan, Butterfly Weed, Celosia, Coreopsis, Cosmos, Gaillardia, Mexican Hat, Mexican sunflower, Scabiosa and Portulaca. |
