Since your roses are indoors, they are used to lower light levels. When you take them outdoors, the temperature and the light levels are different. When both the air and soil temperatures warm outdoors, you can plant them in the garden. When you take them out, put them in a shady spot and gradually move them into more and more sunshine. This acclimation process should take only about a week. Once they are used to being in the sunshine all day long, go ahead and plant them in the ground. Good luck with your roses.
