I have a magnolia and it is ready to bloom. Will a frost kill the flower buds? Also, have flowering bradford pears. Will the frost ruin them?

Flowers are the least able to tolerate freezing temperatures so you'll probably see some damage. Wish there was something to recommend, but there's not much you can do to prevent the frost damage.
