After applying Weed B Gone, I did soil test and found high PH (~8) and very low nitorgen. One week later, I applied Scotts 'Turf Builder'. It rained around 1.5 days after that. Today after 1 week I found my grass still all yellow. I bought soil acidifier + 10% iron (11-0-0) in granular. Should I apply the acidifier now. I am afraid it could be too much of nitrogen.

Under the circumstances, I don't think the iron application will harm your lawn. It's possible that some of the Turf Builder was washed away in the rain. Go ahead with the acidifier/iron. You should see a difference in the color of the blades within a few days. Good luck with your lawn.
