SHURB FOR WET SOIL - Knowledgebase Question

I need an evergreen plant which can survive in 6 hours sunlight and very damp soil because of roof run off. I think that the best plant is japanesse holly. Please advise.

Holly will work, but so will Cornus stolonifera (Shrub Dogwood), Sambucus canadensis (American Elderberry), Clethra (Summersweet) and Viburnum opulus (Snowball Bush).
