I need a suggestion for the correct plants to landscape along the bank of my lake house. I'm interested in ground cover or plants that will spread to cover an old seawall.

Ornamental grasses will add interest to the site. Creeping Phlox might make an attractive groundcover. It will slowly creep down the seawall. Juniperus conferta
also called shore juniper, is a dense, ground hugging conifer with aromatic gray green or blue green needlelike leaves about a half inch long. It looks fantasing hanging down a seawall. Hope these suggestions are helpful.
