Flowering plants are best identified by their flowers so if yours have yet to flower, it will be difficult to identify them. Since you need to move them, why not move them into individual nursery pots for now? When they flower you can clip one of the flowers and take it into your local garden center. Staff there should be able to help with identification. Once you know what they are you can research what growing conditions they like (sun/shade, wet/dry, etc.) and plant them where they will thrive.

Good luck with your project.
