Your weeping cherry tree is an ornamental and won't produce fruit. Most sweet cherries require cross pollination with another variety as the pollen source, but sour cherries will develop fruit without a second variety. If yours is a sweet cherry tree, you'll need a second sweet cherry tree in your landscape in order for fruit to develop.
