when do you think the store in encinitas will be getting those in I had a few last year but they are not coming back up are they perennials?

Curcuma alismatifolia 'Pink' or 'Siam Tulip' Ginger, is a perennial plant and usually remains dormant until June. I think yours will come back up, but not until early summer. Just be patient and it will reward you with lovely new flowers. Enjoy!
