do you divide perennial foxglove? and if so, at what age in regards to years?

Perennial foxglove can be dug and divided. There's no set rule as to how old the plant should be when you do this - if it becomes too large for its growing spot in the garden, dig it up in spring, break the roots into smaller clumps, and replant the clumps. Best wishes with your garden!
