silver spring, Ma
|Im a beginner in the gardening area, and live in a apartment. I bought a annual Geranium, and is wondering how long it can stay in the store bought pot it was purchased in? Also, what soil would be good for it?

|Your new plant can stay in the container until roots start escaping out of the drainage holes. At that time you should repot it using regular potting soil. Moisten the soil before filling the new container and be sure to use a container with plenty of drainage holes so the soil doesn't get soggy. Enjoy your new geranium!
