Cedrus atlantica?Glauca Pendula? - Weeping Blue Atlas Cedar is a beautiful specimen but generally won't perform well in your region because of your heavy clay soils. You may be able to overcome this challenge by planting in a raised bed filled with topsoil instead of in your native soil, to avoid root rot. Warm, humid summers will slow their growth rate, as well. It will be a challenge but it might be worth the effort!
