We planted a cleveland select pear in May of 05 and May of 07. The 2005 pear is doing great, the 2007 pear, this year isn't blooming. I broke a branch and it is still green inside. Is there something we can do to save it?

As long as your tree is growing as expected and putting out new foliage each year, it is healthy. Non-blooming can be caused by lack of sufficient sunshine and by immaturity of the tree. If your tree is getting all day sunshine and is otherwise healthy, I suspect it is too juvenile to flower. As it grows older it should flower for you. Best wishes with your trees!
