I have 3 new plants (2 hybrid and 1 floribunda) that I planted 3-4 weeks ago. They get about 3 hours of morning sun only. They aren't getting new buds, but leaves look okay. Are they getting enough sun or should I wait and see what happens?

Your roses are not getting enough sunshine. They need at least 6 hours of sun in order to remain healthy and to develop flowers. Find a spot with morning sun and shade from hot afternoon sun - from about 2 p.m. on. Your roses will thrive!
