|I have creeping phlox around some trees. has been beautiful. now it is beginning to die. I read that I am supposed to cut it back. How do I do that?

|What you've heard is correct. Shearing your creeping phlox in the spring and again when it is blooming will help renew the plant by encouraging healthy new growth. You can cut yours back by about one half. This will result in lots of healthy new stems and leaves, and lots of flowers. Enjoy!
