Hi,
I have a jasmine vine facing west that has been planted for at least 3 years but it never really blooms much. Is there something I can do to encourage more flowers?
Thanks!

Jasmine develops flowers on the new growth of the season so you might try pruning it back now to promote new growth. Sounds like it's getting adequate sunshine so the only other thing that might retard flowering is excessive nitrogen fertilizer. Even if you don't deliberately feed your jasmine, if it is near a lawn that you regularly feed, the roots might be getting an overdose. I hope the pruning does the trick. Enjoy your garden!
