I planted nine cordials peppermint schnapps hibiscus hybrid in full sun all day last october and now im not getting any blooms does this means there dead

Your hibiscus are hardy hibiscus, also called Rose of Sharon. They die down to ground level during really cold winters and can be slow to sprout again in the spring, until the soil warms up. Once they do sprout, they grow very quickly. Don't be too alarmed - it's still early in the spring. Just be patient with your plants and they'll pop their heads up when the weather suits them.
