Planted green beans from seeds, grew quickly but now leaves are turning yellow with rough brown spots? How can I save them?

I can't tell from your description whether you are dealing with rust (a fungal infection) or a bacterial brown spot disease. I don't know that your plants can be saved, but an application of a sulfur or copper based fungicide might stop the spread of the disease. Bonide Liquid Copper Fungicide, Bonide Sulfur Plant Fungicide, Bonide Liquid Sulfur , Ferti-lome Rose, Flower & Vegetable Dust, Green Light Wettable Dusting Sulfur, and Safer Garden Fungicide are all registered for use in vegetable gardens. Good luck with your green beans.
