Overfertilization might be why the leaves turned brown - or overwatering which is stressing the roots. If not corrected it can cause root rot and sudden death of the plant. I'd prune off all the stems with brown leaves to encourage healthy new growth. Be careful with your fertilizer applications - less is better than more in the case of jasmines. Hope your jasmine recovers soon!
