You can grow hydrangeas in Florida. They need a few hours of morning sunshine but shade from hot afternoon sun. Plant them in well amended soils. Some to consider include Blushing Bride, Decatur Blue, Endless Summer, Mini Penny, Oak Hill, Pennymac, and Nikko Blue. Gerbera daisies grow well in Florida; choose the colors you like best. Enjoy!
