I have 20 boxwood hedge plants that last year acquired white spots on leaves which I assume is a fungus. Any suggestions on what I can spray on them to kill the fungus but save the plant

The white spots are not necessarily a disease but could be caused by mites feeding on the undersides of the leaves. They especially like the new growth but will also attack the older leaves. Inspect the undersides of the leaves for these tiny pests (a magnifying glass is helpful). If you find them, Bayer Advanced 3-in-1 Insect Disease & Mite Control Concentrate will help control the pests.
