Bought home in september with 11.5 acers planting fruit trees need to know if we need one or two trees to pollinate each other. I have a bing cherry and getting apple trees. Also if you have available apple tree twenty ounce.

You're on the right track. All sweet cherry trees need a second, different variety of sweet cherry for cross polliantion; all apple trees need a second variety for good fruit set.
