Hello. I bought 4 strawberry plants today from home depot. They are ever bearing but don't know which ever bearing variety. Some have flowers on them. Should I pinch these off and hope for a later crop, pinch all flowers for the entire growing season this year, or let them flower and fruit since I will have to replace next year anyway?

Help.

Thank you.

Since you don't plant on keeping the plants for more than just one year you can certainly let them flower and bear fruit. The plan behind pulling off the flowers so they don't set fruit their first year is to allow the energy to go back into the plants so the roots and crowns can grow larger. Since you don't plan on keeping the plants, it doesn't matter that they become larger - go ahead and enjoy the berries they produce.
