Help! We just planted 18 box shrubs (euonymus) one week ago and just discovered several of them have large portions of their branches that are breaking. What could be causing this?

If they looked fine when you planted them the only explanation is that something - children, adults, dogs, cats, rabbits or other critter is jumping into them. Otherwise, the branches wouldn't break. While it can take a few weeks for tranplanted shrubs to establish themselves, any transplant stress would show up in wilting leaves, not in breaking branches. Hope you determine just what's going on with your plants!
