I want to plant some flowers at my daughters house. She has a 2 year old and a bunny that seems to like her yard. No sprays allowed. Any suggestions as to what kind of flowers to plant under a tree.

Bunnies like most everything so unless you fence off the area, they will nibble your new flowers. You might build a raised bed - something about 18" high to keep the rabbits from feasting on your new plants. Under a tree is generally shady so some perennials to consider include Dicentra (bleeding heart), Foamflower or Primrose. Annuals include Impatiens, Begonia and Wishbone Flower. Best wishes with your new plants.
