Anthuriums can grow indoors as beautiful houseplants and require high humidity and moist but not soggy wet soils. If the leaves are brown, they may be old and are dying of natural causes or they may be trying to tell you the humidity is too low. I'd prune off the brown leaves to encourage new growth. Be sure to water as necessary but don't let the roots sit in water for any length of time. Best wishes with your Flamingo Flower!
