|After the foliage dies down on its own you can dig and move your daffodils. The leaves transport carboydrates back to the bulbs for next year's display so you'll need to allow them to complete their jobs or you won't have flowers next year. It only takes 3-4 weeks for them to die back on their own. When they do you can safely dig and replant your daffodils.
