leaves dries look like its burn at the tips. why do cabbage loose lower leaves

Cabbage prefers to grow in the cool weather. If the leaves are drying out the weather may be too hot or your cabbage may be getting too much sunshine. It's normal for plants to lose their oldest, lowest leaves. As long as you're seeing new growth, it's nothing to be concerned about. Best wishes with your cabbage.
