How deep should be the pot size for Spider plant?Apart from marigold, what else can i keep in the same pot?

The depth of the pot depends upon the size of your spider plant. If the plant is 12 to 18 inches tall, it will need 8-12 inches of soil depth. If you chose a container that's about one third as high as your plant is high, it should have plenty of room for roots to grow. Marigolds make nice companion plants. Petunias or cockscomb are pretty annnuals, too.
