Digitalis, or foxglove, is a biennial plant which means it grows the first year and flowers and set seeds the second year. The good news is that foxgloves reseed easily so you're likely to have lots of new plants popping up in your garden. Plant in part sun/part shade - a few hours of morning sun and shade from the hot afternoon sun. Enjoy your new plants.
