Fruit trees need a second, different variety for cross pollination. You'll need a second apple, and a second cherry tree - both different cultivars than you already have - for good fruit set. There's no spray that will substitute for cross pollination; you need pollen from a second tree in order for your trees to bear fruit. Wish I had better news for you.
