|I have alot of oak trees sprouting in my lawn. How do I get rid of them short of pulling them by hand ?

|They are probably sprouting from acorns that dropped the season before. Digging the saplings or mowing them down will kill them off - there's no herbicide that will kill them without harming your lawn. To keep new ones from sprouting, rake and mow your lawn regularly as the acorns begin dropping from the tree. If you use a catcher on your mower you should be able to suck most of the acorns out of the lawn. Good luck with your lawn!
