| We hatched a praying mantis egg case this year and were very successful. While recently cleaning out the dying coreopsis plants, I found a new egg case created, no doubt, by one of our mantis. Do you know what we should do with this new egg case for the winter? Leave it outdoors and cover it with hay? Or bring it indoors until spring? |
| Just leave it outdoors tucked into a plant so that it won't blow away and up off the ground a bit so it won't sit in mud next spring. It should be fine! |
