I have several Thai chilis that are blooming well but not a single chili in sight. I've fertilized with Tomato fertilizer, give them adequate water. This is their second season. Why no chilis?

It doesn't sound as though your pepper flowers are being pollinated. This might be due to lack of insect activity so try hand pollinating the open flowers. Just take a small paintbrush and visit each open flower to transfer pollen from flower to flower. Hope this helps!
