When I had my garden redone last year they left some grey tubing for water drip system for urns that I will be getting shortly. How do I hook it up to the urn and is it ok to water from the bottom? Hoping to get some spring flowers.

It is difficult to water from the bottom of an urn. Gravity will pull the water down rather than push it up to the root zone of your plants. I'd water from the top. If you want to disguise the tubing that will run over the rim of the urn, plant a trailing plant and coax it to hang down over the tubing. Best wishes with your new urns.
