I have had a climbing hydrangia for 4-5 years. It is in full shade and has never bloomed. What do I need to do to get it to bloom?

Climbing hydrangeas need at least 3 hours of sunlight in order to bloom so I think your plant needs to be moved to a sunnier spot. It will grow in full shade but it won't flower well - as you've discovered. Best wishes with your garden!
