can I mix my old container soil from last summer with new organic potting mix to transplant my seedling. I do a terrace garden. please help soon one of my pepper plants has dry streaks on two leaves. thanks.

You can mix your old potting soil with some new potting soil and use it in your containers for your seedlings. The streaks in the pepper leaves may simply be sunscald or physical damage, or might be bacterial leaf blight. It's really difficult to diagnose a problem without seeing it! I'd just pinch off the affected leaves. Healthy new leaves will develop if the plant is not diseased. Best wishes with your garden!
