I HAVE A SNOWBALL BUSH FOR THE PAST 5 YRS. AND HAVE HAD NO FLOWERS, BUT PLENTY OF LEAVES.

Full sunshine is important for flowering, but plant maturity plays a big role in its ability to flower. Mine took 7 years!! Give your snowball bush another chance - I think it will flower eventually?
