I have a walk-under trellis in a shady area that gets about 2-3 hours of sun. What flowering vine would do best on it?

Unfortunately, most of the flowering vines prefer at least half a day of sun. You may have luck with a clematis, however, and there are many beautiful cultivars available. Trumpet vine (Campsis radicans) will withstand partial shade, though it won't flower as freely as in full sun. Climbing hydrangea (H. petiolaris) is another option.
