How big a pot should I use for my three heirlooms and what soil?

Each of your heirloom tomato plants should go into a 3 or 5 gallon container. They have extensive root systems and need at least that much room to grow without becoming root bound. Use potting soil in your containers and make sure the containers have adequate drainage holes in the bottoms. Hope you have a great harvest!
