|I can't tell from your description what the white bugs might be. Whiteflies can suck the fluids from the leaves of coleus but they don't eat the leaves; aphids do the same so that eliminates the most common insect pests. You might want to snip off a leaf, bugs and all and put it in a plastic baggie and take it with you to Home Depot tomorrow. With any luck the staff can help identify it and recommend a control.
