Too much nitrogen fertilizer can result in lots of lush growth but at the expense of flowers and fruit. Hold off on fertilizer and hope for mild days. If the temperatures are over 90f, tomatoes won't flower and if they do, they won't bear fruit. It's just the nature of tomato plants. Be patient with yours and eventually they will flower and set fruit. Enjoy your garden!
