My dogwoods didn't flower this year. We have leaves but we didn't get flowers.

The lack of flowers might be weather related. If a late frost arrived it may have nipped the flower buds before they had a chance to open. Keep your dogwood well watered and well fed this summer and fall and it should go into the winter months with enough reserves to bloom for you next spring. Hope so!
