| I recently planted basil seeds in an old strawberry container and would like to transplant to pots to give to friends.How do I do so without killing the root system? |
| You should be able to carefully lift the basil plants with a kitchen fork. Dig down with the fork and lift the plant and root system out of the pot. Replant quickly so the roots don't dry out. Best wishes with your basil plants. |
