|You have to look at the flowers. Female flowers will have a swelling just behind the petals (ovary); male flowers will not. It's a little more complicated than this, but looking for the swelling is a good start. The ovary will have a long neck and then a sticky part where the pollen collects. Male flowers have long, thin stamens that hold and release pollen. Hope this information helps!
