|I can't really diagnose the problem without seeing it. Brown spots can indicate a fungal disease or might be caused by overwatering. Arboricola Trinette is highly adaptable to most growing environments but the leaves can sunburn if it is getting direct sunshine. If so, move it to a shadier area. Aside from allowing the soil to dry slightly between waterings and removing the affected leaves (just in case it's a fungal disease), your Trinette should adapt to its new home in a few short weeks and you should see an improvement in its appearance. Hope it's soon!
