Would you please let me know the correct time of the year to transplant? My yard is very overgrown and I need to transplant Azaleas, Spiderworts, Hostas, Lilies, and Spotted Laurels. Please let me know if I can take care of this transplanting now. Thank you.

You can transplant everything now. If your azalea has not finished flowering you might want to wait to move it. Otherwise, move everything now. Best wishes with your project!
