I bought some moss rose that is leggy & some of it had already bloomed. Can I cut it off about half way and plant both parts of it? I appreciate your good advice.

You can divide your moss rose. As long as each division has both roots and stems attached it will grow into a new plant. Divide first, allow the roots to establish in their new homes and then cut back the overly long stems. If you do it all at once you may shock the plant and retard its growth. Best wishes with your moss rose.
