|The leaves on my roses have been decimated by what appears to be aphids. However, they are eating other plants like my hostas, butterfly bush and more. I suspect I have more than an aphid problem but I cannot see them. Last year I used a product called

|Aphids suck the fluids out of plant leaves and flower buds but they don't chew holes in the leaves so I think you are dealing with more than one insect pest. There are systemics you can use which are relatively broad spectrum so should control whatever population is feeding on your plants. Rose Defense is one such product. Give it a try = it's neem oil based so relatively eco-friendly. Best wishes with your landscape.
